Безкоштовна доставка

When ordering from UAH 1,500 (excluding bonuses and discounts), delivery to the Nova Poshta is free. When ordering from UAH 2,000 (excluding bonuses and discounts), courier delivery to your door is free.

Термін доставки

Термін доставки Вашого замовлення службою «Нова пошта» - 1-3 робочих дні з моменту відправки. Прибулі на місце призначення посилки лежать на складі «Нової пошти» протягом 5 робочих днів, на 6-й день посилка повертається назад.
Під час акцій і розпродажів терміни обробки замовлень можуть збільшуватися.

Місце доставки

Delivery is carried out to the address specified when placing the order. If you need to deliver the goods to another address, please inform the manager, who will contact you directly after placing the order on the website.
To send your order by Nova Poshta delivery service, please specify the warehouse number in your city.

Подарунковий сертифікат

Якщо Ви маєте в наявності пластиковий подарунковий сертифікат (фізичний), то можете використати його не тільки в оффлайн магазинах, але і в інтернет магазині. Для цього введіть номер сертифіката, вказаний на лицьовій стороні, в коментар до замовлення. Якщо Ви хочете використати електронний сертифікат, то введіть його в поле "Використати сертификат" при оформленні замовлення. Електронний сертифікат призначений тільки для інтернет магазину.

Накладений платіж

Payment for the goods by the recipient during the order of the parcel at the point of delivery or at the place of residence. Available only for orders from 500 UAH.

Commission for cash on delivery is paid by the recipient.

If you refuse the parcel without a reason (if there was no prior warning about the impossibility of picking up the order) the subsequent shipment at the expense of the recipient at 100% prepayment.
