Tencel is a type of knitted viscose. It is produced from Australian eucalyptus with a special nano-treatment that makes it the strongest of all cellulose fabrics. Tencel fiber has the same characteristics as modal, namely:
- soft and pleasant to the touch;
- absorbs moisture well;
- does not electrify;
- hypoallergenic.
It also additionally prevents the growth of bacteria and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
