To help you choose the right fit, please take a look at our sizing recommendations. As a rule, we are happy to accommodate our customers and exchange items that are unsuitable (excluding sale and promotional items). In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, purchases may be returned.

We accept online payment or cash on delivery via Nova Poshta. Delivery to a parcel collection point is free on orders over 1500 UAH.

Please note: we do not call customers to confirm orders. If this is necessary, please leave a note in the comments. Orders for lingerie are dispatched in turn from Monday to Friday. The usual delivery time is 1-3 days.
