- by Nova Poshta: when ordering from 3000 UAH for free (the client pays the commission for cash on delivery), when ordering up to 3000 UAH - according to the tariffs of New mail
In case of refusal of the parcel for no reason (if there was no preliminary warning about the impossibility of picking up the order), the subsequent dispatch at the expense of the recipient at 100% prepayment.
