According to the Law of Ukraine, underwear, swimwear, hosiery are not subject to return and exchange. Realizing that it is difficult to pick up such a delicate product without trying on, we meet our customers halfway and make an exchange.
In order to exchange goods, place a new order with the comment "Exchange order No. ***", then the operator will specify the details of the exchange when calling. The exchange is made at the buyer's expense.
The return of underwear and swimwear is possible only due to the discrepancy between the goods and the order, inadequate quality, incomplete complete set, inconsistency with the description and photo. To return the goods, contact the operator via online chat, by phone numbers specified in the store's contacts, or via mail [email protected].
The term for the return is within 14 days after receipt by the client. Refunds - within 10 days from the date of receipt of the return of the goods by the online store.

The exchange is carried out within 14 days from the receipt of the goods at the warehouse.
